I always get the Bonzi burger but yesterday decided to get the Mac & Cheese. BIG mistake. Didn't like it at all ( and I love mac & cheese) After adding salt and pepper it was at least eatable. The salad, part of it was wilted. I'm not one to send something back. I just find another location to go to. Which I will do. This was in Manchester NH. My husband did get the Bonzi burger and it was rather dry. We won't be returning to this location. (October 16, 2016)
Absolutely the best burger I've ever had and the Service was superb

The dinner from hell. Screwed up the whole check multiple times. If our waitress had a clue you wouldnt of known it.
Nothing special, fair to mediocre burgers. A lot of commercial hype for nothing. Tried it because of the commercials, won't go back. Expensive for something you can get a lot better and cheaper elsewhere.
Dirty utensils....very soggy burgers..limp fries ...we left disappointed to the max. Gourmet No Way.

The burgers were good. I really loved the bottomless steak fries. The atmosphere was also good. All the employees were friendly. The hostess seated us right away and the server was friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable. A friend and I ate for less than $25 including drinks. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely go back.
