Horrible service!!!! Over priced, and I'll never go again!
The service here was horrible. We asked a question about something on the menu, and the server responded "I'm not sure. I'm new here." After delivering our food, he never came back to ask how things were. The ketchup bottle was empty, so I had to take one from another table. I asked another server for a refill, she took my glass and never came back. I paid by credit card at the table and had the receipt emailed to me. When I am looking at the receipt, I see nickel and dime charges: 99 cents for a cheese substitution. $1.99 f... read more
Food poisoning yesterday at lunch, really pleasant with a toddler and new baby. Loved life! Loving it as much today after being up all night. Thanks, Red Robin. I really think food poisoning is a reflection of what is going on, or not going on, in the kitchen. I am disturbed!
Terrible! Manager came over asked how everything was , I had to be honest. I told him I couldn't eat the burger bun cause it was stale. He's says glad you told us and that was it. Not happy with them and I think five guys are much better and half the cost. Won't be going back there....
I just want to say that I was not impressed.....then again I didn't get the chance to try the food, I waited for someone to seat us and we were ignored. I decided if the manager who saw us couldn't care a less, then we didn't need to be there! Went to the 99 and had a great burger and our waitress was awesome. Thanks RED ROBIN for treating a new customer poorly.
