Ordered The burger with the over easy egg on it, when it came the egg was so fried on the bottom that it was had to cut and I couldn't take a bite out of it, fries almost cold, had to ask for silverware and ketchup it SUCKED also the bartender gets the glasses off the overhead rack by putting her fingers into the glass opening, isn't that a health code violation, after seeing that and bad food I won't go back.
Horrible service i used the thing where u can just swipe your card to pay i put nothing for a tip where i was just gonna use cash and it put the tip to 10 bucks and they wouldent refund me worse service ever never going back

Wow...just...wow. For some reason we keep giving this place a chance and it just gets worse and worse. I'm assuming that corporate headquarters has given up on it. Waitress did her best, but I stopped listening after the 20th "Sorry."
Don't understand all the one stars and bad reviews. For ten bucks you are getting a good burger.
Very disappointed tonight! I wanted to show my son that the food was good here. I had taken a take out about a month ago & it was delicious. My son wanted to go to 5 guys his favorite. I talked him into trying Red Robin with me. When she first sat us down she put us near the loud kitchen and at a dark table. The light above us was broken. So we switched to another table. Uh well. The food was ok. Server was nice but your tablet system is flawed and terrible. It was like we were being held hostage. The tablet we HAD to pay on wasn't working. Our poor server couldn't even figure it out. After an hour wait for the bill it turns out we can't even spilt it down the middle. And our coupon wouldnt work. So what's up with that?
Had a delicious lunch with amazing service!! Food was fantastic, great drinks, loved the donuts, and a very attentive waitress as well as a happy staff. I must admit, I was surprised after reading the negative reviews. Looks like you worked out the kinks. We will definitely come back.
