Perfect every time, and well worth the wait! A favorite of mine and my wife's!
At first it was a 5 star, most recently the last few visits where a dissapointment. Burgers are not seasoned, buns where soggy, the waiter didn't care about my table without even a thank you or bringing us our check. Onion ring towers are great though.
Been here two times... first time got raw chicken... last night decided to try again... got the worst long Island ever made fries were gross and in the dipping sauce my son got had food mixed into it before getting to our table will never go back..
Horrible first experience! The service was absolutely terrible! After being seated with my 1 yr old son ,then waiting 15+ minutes I finally got fed up and hit the call button for our server . She finally came and asked what we wanted to drink, we told her and right as I was about to tell her what we wanted to eat , she walked away! 20 minutes later she returned with our drinks, by that time I ordered my own appetizer on the machine. Horrible! Put in App. Order it never came. Brought me the wrong burger my bf & i ordered dipping sauce he got one but his burger was well done instead of pink. That was after a 45 min wait! I will not go back

Very big fan of Red Robin's until today!!!! Waited 10min in an empty restaurant to be seated. Was seated at a dirty table. We were never waited on after!! Waited 15min before taking my business elsewhere. Because of the service at the Manchester NH location it is unlikely that I will ever visit another Red Robin again.
Went to the Red Robin for the first time in Manchester N.H. last Friday the burgers where dry even when the waitress asked how we like to have them we told her as pink as you can make them. She agreed that a well done burger was not her cup of tea. Also my wife is gluten free so she had to pay extra for her bun Do you think that was far for them to do? Was expecting a real quality burger. 5 Guys or Wendy's would have been better and cheaper. So disappointed!!!
