Service was amazing. Colton was our server, and the man knows his job. He did a perfect job. Used sir and ma'am treated the kids with respect without being childish never asked us questions while food was in our mouths. If you go to Red Robin for a great burger, ask for Coltons section and get the great service to go with it.

Good lord. I'm sitting here right now with my two kids. It's filthy and loud. Everywhere I look it's dirty and unclean. It's freezing cold in here and it's so loud. I wish we'd left before we put in an order, but we are hungry. Getting out of here as quick as possible. I just can't understand how a corporate restaurant like Red Robin can turn so quick from being brand new to a filthy hole in the ground.

My family and I have been here 3 times in the past year. Every time we go we have poor service. This last weekend when we went for my daughter's birthday, we waited 20 minutes for a table. When we got back there we saw 8 or 9 empty tables. It took our waitress 20 minutes to take our drink order and 20 minutes to bring our drinks and the menus. It took another 25 minutes to bring our food. They didn't bring my husband's soup (that was comped) I asked for no dressing on my chicken and only salsa. My chicken was dry, too salty,... read more

We always love taking our family to Red Robin there's something for all of us!!!!! When we ask our kids where they want to go eat 2 out of 3 times they say here!!! Great service, great atmosphere! Love it! Food is fantastic there is something for every body!

Not a 3 ratibg..a ZERO rating, but it chose the rating for me! Just had a most disappointing experience at the Billings, MT restaurant. Server was super slow to take our orders didn't bring efills, handed us off to another server who didn't do any better. The soup wasn't even lukewarm...TOLD THE MANAGER...WHO ROLLED HER EYES AT US!!! then, my son found a HAIR IN HIS SALAD! Called the manager back, she took his salad, no apology of any kind.
