This was the worst experience we have ever had. 30 minutes for 2 kids meals. Told us it was slow because of a shift change at 345p on a Saturday? How long does it take to cook a cheeseburger and corn dogs? Then were told that TV's are pre programmed so my 4 and 8 YO have to watch MMA in the dining room. Walked out and will never come back.

30 minute wait for 2 people when the restaurant is practically empty. I understand a false wait but this is ridiculous. Keep coming back, keep getting disappointed by the staff. Get it together Red Robin!

We got there at about 2 minutes until opening... went inside to be seated and were told we would have to wait until the waitresses were there and ready. It seems to me maybe your staff should already be at work and ready to seat customers when you open. Other than the hostess seating us after waiting 15 minutes and waiting 5 more for our waitress to come talk to us... the food is very good!
A ton of empty tables and a twenty minute wait. I have pictures of a bunch of empty tables.
