Very happy with the customer service in both the shop and the sales team. We made a great purchase when we weren't even looking into a HD to buy. RRHD def has a culture of inclusiveness and are proud of what they sale.
I had issues with the bike when I got in town on Saturday. Since I was traveling, I took priority. They immediately took my bike in and began to work. They took my bike into the shop for 3 hours trying to diagnose an electrical issue. Jason narrowed it down to one of 3 ignition components before running out of time. I couldn't leave it with them to finish the job. The shop staff did everything they could. I wasn't charged a dime. And for that, I'm very grateful. I was able to limp the bike back to Lipan.
