A small group of us rode in from Colorado on our way back to Louisiana. We stopped by Red River in hopes that they would still be open just a little past closing time. To our fortune, we were greeted at the front door and were allowed to come in. The Motor Clothes Staff, LeAnn and Cindy were extremely hospitable to us, and even provided cold water!! They took their time showing us different items and had the best personalities!! They also helped us find a room for the night and gave us a recommendation to a nice restaurant!!... read more
My son rode in from Ft. Worth. Had a flat tire. Called RRHD. They said they didn't have a tire but could get one. It would take 2 or 3 days to get it done. They hung up and my son was about to call around to find a tire. Got a text message from RRHD and low and be hold they just got a delivery and there was the tire he needed! He got his bike down there at the last second and they fixed it right up! Even waited on him to pick out a pair of sunglasses! Awesome staff and the service ladies were so friendly and helpful.
Hands-down the most welcoming dealership I've ever visited. Everyone, from the tech I met outside to the gals in apparel to the customer I talked with, were stupendously friendly. Thank you so much for making my ride break such a wonderful experience!
