I just wanna give a huge shout out to Red River Harley-Davidson they are amazing! Not only to my hubs the rider but our entire family love them and they love us!!!!!! They have the most AMAZING costumer service of any place I have ever experienced! The standards they hold are beyond compare! Over from the UK & doing a coast2coast road trip. Called in to Red River en route to Amarillo as we had found a screw embedded in the rear tyre of our Electra-glide. The staff were amazing, very very helpful & friendly doing all they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you all so much for your fantastic service & customer care. RecommendedWent in looking for a turn signal mount for an older bike and of course my luck is they don't have one in stock and it's Saturday. The parts manager Darren overheard the conversation and walks in from the back with a take off. Weekend saved.
Owner, Sales Manager, and others went far above and beyond to help me with the evaluation and purchase of a Sportster, even though it was from a private owner! Not only did they educate me on it, but helped me pick it up and load it onto my truck. I can't thank them enough and would go back in a heartbeat. It's rare to find someone in the retail world that genuinely puts the customer, rather than the sale, first. They did!
Love this place! Very good people and always helpful and friendly. They get to know their customers personally and remember them. Every time I go in there they know me. Highly recommend. Thanks Red River! BUD.
