I called this office three times since September to schedule a root canal. The excuse from the office staff was always we’re waiting on insurance. My insurance said my policy has a list of covered code numbers. Root canals are covered. Claims are paid at usual and customary and the dentist knows if they charge usual and customary. Which only leads me to believe Puckett and his crew were just putting off doing the root canal. Puckett was recommended to me by my regular dentist because they were booked at the time. 100/100 would recommend Red River Dental! Dr. Puckett and his wife is seriously the SWEETEST people you will ever meet. The staff is amazing and kind. I made my husband go first when we first started going here because I was scared of dentist. I immediately made my appt after his and they haven't disappointed us at all. Im actually almost done with my treatment plan and I'm a little sad that ill only be seeing them every 6 months. They feel like family too us! The only thing this office staff is interested in is your money. Made an appointment to have a broken tooth fixed drove 2 hrs in bad weather and all they did was charge me $72 to look at the tooth and agree yep tooth has a broken spot. Come back for another visit so we can get another $200 send my records to me so I can find a dentist who puts his patients first. Also your $25 chg for missing an appointment is nothing but GREED
Spouse had a confirmed appointment and morning of appointment developed a cough and low grade temp so he cancelled and then told he would be charged a $25 fee for cancelling same day, so instead they would have rather him go in with a cough and temp rather than cancelling and that was the dr policy... I can understand policies because I am a nurse but during this time really???
I definitely recommend Dr. Pucket and his team if you need a dentist in the Cenla area. I had an old filling from childhood fall out and he replaced it without any pain or discomfort. 🙌🏽
Dr. Puckett and his entire team are fantastic! They’re very good at their job! They are practical and make sure you are getting the best care for your particular dental situation! Love them!
I would recommend Dr. Puckett a million times over. Not only is he an amazing doctor and is kind and gentle to my kids, his wife, miss Asha, Ashley, and the whole crew is amazing. They treat my kids mouths as if they were theirs or the mouths of their own kids. Honestly we couldn’t find any other dental office to even compare with the service they give to my kids. My kids walk out with zero pain, and ready for the next. There is zero fear of going to the dentist. RED RIVER DENTAL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST.
