My tri club 3P TRI TEAM STAYED HERE for ironman arizona and we love it
My only complain was that all the pillows were too big. Hurt our necks. But beds were comfortable, staff was VERY friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean, and smelled nice and big enough.
I started staying here last year. Only place I will stay when i go to the valley.
Pretty poor customer service. Hotel had a outage in AZ weather. No generators for ac and pretty much a s*it happens attitude from staff. I fully understand some things are not in their control but attitude goes a long way.
Yard for cooking out..pool for swimming..awesome outside patio area to relax! Has it all!
The staff was so nice! Nice rooms for the price! Pool was great too. Breakfast was delicious.
What a great hotel! The staff was so friendly, the rooms were very clean as were the grounds. We will definitely stay here again!
Heather is the worst front desk agent. Lied about being a manager, called the police but didn't want to 86 us. Will never go back.
