My girlfriend and I stayed in a suite for 3 days. She was competing in the rock and roll 5k and half marathon. The kitchen was small but usable and the staff friendly whenever we needed items, ie pots and pans, dishwasher detergent. The room was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast in the A.m. was hearty and delicious, love waffles. The only hiccup was the tv in the living room is going out so it has to be unplugged and plugged 3 or 4 times to work.
Loved the place, close to the shops, airport, and not really noisy. Great breakfast!
Great place to stay but don't tell everybody I was there with Lynn Lumbert.
Staying here for one week sooo awesome! ...Super love the suites rooms booked by our company. I highly recommend this place
While the room was clean it was extremely hot and beds uncomfortable. We used their airport service and left our car there but they refused to honor the price we had on our original reservation. The manager was supposed to call us to figure it out but after two weeks still hasn't. The girl Amber at the desk snapped at my mother a second time when we came to pick up the car. She told us she could have the manager call us (who knows how that will go) but that as a franchise they don't have to honor reservation prices or reserv... read more
The night staff that was on when I checked were rude and kept referring to the fact that I use priceline to book our stay, no hot tub, and then the fire alarm started going off at 5 am and they did not inform us of them checking there fire alarms..... So from 5am through about 830 it has gone off 5-6 times :( Will not be staying here again
I hated this place, the lobby gave you the impression that the hotel was nice. The rooms are dirty hairs were EVERYWHERE so you know it was NOT cleaned properly, the pool was nasty and under construction. There are maid carts everywhere but do they ever clean or just push them around? Don't stay here there are many other options where you can have clean rooms.
