Nice spacious room and clean. Nice and friendly straff members.
rooms are nice, bed is comfy but the noise of the guests is very annoying
Bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the floor and in the tub/toilet combo along with beard trimming in the sink. There were mildew stains in the tub. We were concerned by how unclean the rest of the room was and were not comfortable staying in another room. We asked for our reservation to be cancelled and were told it would be. We checked out less than an hour after checking in. At first they did refund the booking charge, but then they charged my card again. again, hair everywhere in the bathroom. place is always dirty. the manager Luis B. rude as hell. I hear him talk to other guests in the AM and he has zero customer service skills. Go to the Hampton next door. this place is terrible.

RecommendedMy husband and I stayed 5 nights at this property in December 2018. We had a wonderful time. Outstanding customer service from all the staff including the GM. The room was very clean and well kept as well as the entire hotel. We loved the Xmas decoration in the lobby. The breakfast was very good too. We're looking forward to our next stay in Winter.
