We stayed in this hotel in mars 2020. The 23rd of march, we went to take our breakfast, so we closed the bedroom. When we came back, my belongings was gone (my ipad pro, my iphone x and my Louis Vuitton purse). I called the room maid, because the bedroom has been cleaned during our breakfast. We spoke with her to understand the situation and she told us that someone entered in the room, this person pretended to be the owner of the room so she let him take some stuff (my belongings). We stayed here over the weekend and overall had a pleasant stay. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area, and overall the property and rooms seem to be well maintained, though there are some minor signs of wear and tear that could use a bit of a facelift (i.e rust stains in the bathtub). There were also a few other things that might need attention soon. I really like it, great location!
Bed bugs ran us out of our room at 1am having us to drive 150 miles home. Front desk was NO help.
They overbooked and then made us leave even though we had a confirmed reservation
The staff are accommodating and helpful.
