The mango enchiladas were so delicious. For sure coming back :)
The salsa that comes with the chips is incredibly tasty!!! Smooth and not too spicy. Very fresh flavors! LOVE the shredded beef chimichanga! No extra fat/grissle in the meat and the sauce is so fresh and yummy.
During our annual trek to Park City from Florida we made two visits to the Iguana. Both were as good as our last 12 years of visit. We had the same waiter Zack on both visits, and he was pleasant and attentive. The mole, four dishes were awesome and on the second visit, the chicken flautas were perfect. As always, good sangria and flan. On a cold night waiting in line, the hot cider bit the spot. We eill be back next year.
All the locals know this is the place for good Mexican food! Staff is friendly, but don’t try to talk to them because they are working hard to get your food fast, and fast it did come! Took four minutes to get our food. Granted it was a Monday night early and it was starting to get busy, but appreciate the quickness! Most of the time there is a line out the door, but don’t be afraid, the line goes quick....maybe because they are so fast with the food. A must go! Enjoy!!
We stop here every time we're in Salt Lake. Nothing like this where we live. Love this type of Mexican food.

Small place but really good food!!! Service was great!!
The chili Verde was great. Went back for dessert later that evening, great fried ice cream and xango cheesecake.
