The holy grail of Mexican food. The molé is knockout. I was a little hesitant looking at the menu and the prices. It is higher priced, but it is worth every cent. Service is phenomenal (Rolando was probably the best waiter I have ever had) it is a must try for Utah!
I had the shrimp fajita. It was good but nothing special. My coworker had Tacos al Ramon. He said that was really good. I had the Tamarindo marguerita...very good. Definitely worth a trip but get here early because the wait can be long. They told us 35 minutes. It was actually 29!
