Really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Matt Archer. We were first time buyers and very new to the process. Do not deal with this realty firm!! They brought a client to purchase my home who was a scammer and tried at the last minute to lower the price by $4600. We eventually closed 1 day late after a stressful 48 hours. I had to give the purchaser $2000 in order to close the deal and asked that the realtor give up $500 of their commission ($25000) to mitigate my loss. Definitely NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!
I strongly recommend Jarrett Murphy to anyone considering selling or purchasing real estate. He recently guided us through two real estate transactions which, at times, were challenging. Jarrett was supportive while remaining professional and always ensured that our best interests were protected.
