The guys from the Tuttle office are currently at our house in the cold weather, in the dark pumping our system. The receptionist and the office manager were both beyond helpful and nice when I called late this afternoon. I didn’t expect to them to say “we can be there in 20 minutes”. I can’t say enough how grateful we are. We will recommend and use them again for sure! Thanks guys!

I have been with this crew for several years and am very pleased with their service. Before I went with them, I tried several other companies and all started off good but quickly deteriorated due to false promises and bad service. We had a problem with our aerobic system's electronics that was tough enough to bring the supervisor out to our house. Never owned an aerobic system before so we were nervous about all the costs associated with the system when we bought our home. Red septic came out and was very knowledgeable about the system. Told and showed me how it all ran and what to do if certain scenarios happened. Gave us a ton of valuable information. Very professional company. They were one of the best trades we used while building our house. They did a final check on our septic yesterday and didn't like the way the pump sounded so they changed it out without batting an eye. It is refreshing for a trade to hold themselves accountable. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen.
