Love the seats! I had to modify my slide out by extending The depth 2 inches for the feet to fit completely but was a simple task of ripping a 2x4 and attaching to front. Easy to install and a great alternative to the OEM sofa bed. Received shipment in 3 days ????

Well there web site said 100% guarantee but they will not honor it. A child may not fit in the chair that I bought and is very uncomfortable!

While it is unfortunate that this customer had problems fitting our furniture, this does not fall under the umbrella of covered items within our warranties. We have a wide range of measurements listed on the product page that tell our customers the exact height, depth, and extension of our recliners. We did help this customer by initiating the return process (minus shipping since the return was not due to manufacturer defect.)
