Recently purchased a travel trailer and the hide a bed side in living area was very uncomfortable. While looking for a suitable replacement we discovered RecPro had two recliners that would fit in the limited space occupied by sofa. Chairs arrived 4 days after ordered. Super easy assembly and installation. Appears to be a quality product.
Excellent customer service! Ordered two chairs; received one in a RecPro box, the other in a larger *****box. The chair in the *****box had obviously been repackaged (by *****??) and was damaged. Emily at RecPro was terrific. She requested photos, and, once received, she immediately ordered a replacement, which we received less than a week later. We ordered Euro chairs and they are well built and very comfortable. We are very happy with the product and even happier with Emily.
Timely shipment, easy assembly. The oatmeal fabric is the perfect color for our motor home. I gave 4 stars because the first thing I thought when it was put together was oh I hope it holds up. It is small would probably not work for a taller person, but fits perfectly in our space.
Beautiful chair, works perfectly and matches décor in my RV. Shipping was fast though ***** dropped the box at the end of my driveway, left, then called to tell me it was there instead of calling while they were there to offer to bring it to my door (400 ft away … a long distance for a 70 year old widow to manage by herself). In other words, RecPro was FANTASTIC, ***** not so much.
Received it in good time and in good condition. The material looks good and seems sturdy. My only issue is that the colour is lighter than I had hoped and if I had known I would have gone with white instead of tan. I will use it anyway as it's for the back wall of my 5th wheel and doesn't have to match exactly. I haven't put it on yet so I can't comment on application or durability.
Having samples is going to make it so easy to match my color
