Everything was GREAT, the packaging and how it went together was awesome. Sofa looks great in my RV. there is one small blemish in the material and their customer service is awesome. They responded right away and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I wish everyone would take care of their customers the way RecPro does...

We purchased an R/V convection oven microwave combo from RecPro. The **** add clearly stated RecPro brand, country of origin U.S.A. After receiving it, they had repackaged a High Point brand made in china, that other sellers sold for $75 less. They intentionally photo shop the word high point out of the photos, and used a false model number, as to not allow you to identify what you are actually buying, so you could not shop for a better deal.
