I was suppose to receive my new dinette booth and table on 12/6/19. Received one seat on 12/6/19 which was a Friday at 3:30pm west coat time, so could not talk to anybody to find out what happened to the rest of my order until 5:00am Monday morning. They told me my order got shipped in three separate packages and the remaining packages would be there 12/9/19. Thank You , the chandelier light fixture was what we expected and more!
Love seat arrived 2 days sooner than planned. After setting up, had problems with left hand seat catching during retraction. Examination showed bracket catching on frame. A quick adjustment of mounting bolts corrected problem. Some damage to boxes on arrival, no damage to chairs. After 1 week, satisfied completely. Would recommend as an upgrade to any older 5th wheel (ours is a 2012) to replace uncomfortable couch.
We are very satisfied with our purchase of the reclining love seat. Replaced our sofa bed in our camper. Installation, color, and quality all met our expectations. On line ordering was easy and one day delivery was awesome. Highly recommend.
