The service what top notch. We received our order in a timely manner. However, I am not remotely thrilled with the recliners I received, They are small and poorly made. The wooden finish on one of them was damaged/scratched deeply even though it had the protective wrap in place. No doubt it was damaged prior to being packaged. The reclining portion of the same unit was damaged also. I have made it functional, but it it not 100%.
