I am not trying to be a jerk here, a mistake can happen. The same thing twice in a row when I am told the correct material is sent is either a pattern of incompetency or an outright lie. I purchased a headliner material, paid in full. RecPro sent the wrong product. I asked them to send the correct product and I was told they would not do anything until they saw pictures that the material was incorrect. I send pictures. They agree they sent the wrong material. Business response:
Unfortunately, this is a situation where wires were crossed in the shipping department. With thousands of orders heading out each day, this can happen from time to time. Our CSR Manager took control of this issue, and we did rectify the situation by sending out the correct material (all at our cost, of course) on 5/10/19. We discovered where the miscommunication was in our department, issued training, and moving forward hope that issues like this will no longer occur.
