The roof kit for my 5th wheel camper arrived in 3 days! Wow! Thick rubber, all components included, easy install. I would encourage a step-by-step instructions instead of just watching DIY video.

The recliners were a perfect fit...much the same as the originals that came in our 2009 Cameo 5th wheel camper. The color is perfect, delivery was timely and installation was easy. Very good quality for the price. I would recommend these recliners to anyone that needs to update their rv furniture. We like them so much we plan to order a sleeper sofa to match as our original is starting to show its age. Thank you for supplying us with these comfortable chairs.
We purchased a teacher reclining couch on April, 2017. By the first year one side started splitting, we contacted RecPro about the issue and they did send us a new side. Now it’s 2 months pass April 2019 and we’ve had to contact them again because the other side is splitting. What we got this time was it’s pass your 2 year warranty and you probably had dogs that ripped it. Well that’s not the case. The putty color material I ordered is very pretty and pleasing to the eye. I thought it was going to be grey but it looks more a medium taupe (the lighting make a big difference in how it looks).

I am not trying to be a jerk here, a mistake can happen. The same thing twice in a row when I am told the correct material is sent is either a pattern of incompetency or an outright lie. I purchased a headliner material, paid in full. RecPro sent the wrong product. I asked them to send the correct product and I was told they would not do anything until they saw pictures that the material was incorrect. I send pictures. They agree they sent the wrong material. Unfortunately, this is a situation where wires were crossed in the shipping department. With thousands of orders heading out each day, this can happen from time to time. Our CSR Manager took control of this issue, and we did rectify the situation by sending out the correct material (all at our cost, of course) on 5/10/19. We discovered where the miscommunication was in our department, issued training, and moving forward hope that issues like this will no longer occur.
