Warranty on their Suprima Leather is only 2 years. In the third year, the leather begins flake off. The customer service says that you can purchase the back or bottom for $200 each. Considering the entire theater seat is flaking, that would only cost me $39 less than when I purchased the unit in 2019 for my clients. I bought 2 recliners and 2 gaming chairs fro rec pro a little over a year ago and the 2 recliners and 1 gaming chair split at the seams. The fabric started pealing off on the recliners. Very poor quality products!! If I could post pictures I would. We have owned campers for over 40 yrs and we own a 5th wheel and a class C now. Ive never in all my years had furniture come apart like these have. Very poor quality!!
RecPro processed our order for the theater reclining seats with armrest within a few days of ordering. Arrived in 3 boxes less than a week once shipped, cardboard outside box was beat up a bit by ***** but contents were okay. Much better quality and **************** with thicker cushion thickness than the flaking flexsteel type of leather theater seating the factory had installed when our rig was purchased new in 2017.
Terrible costumer service fridge came damaged not able to get through to anybody to help solve the problem
