I purchased the Awning cover kit (SKU: RP-2053A) in order to protect my awning. The instructions assure that you can travel with them in place, as long as the included clips were installed properly. On my most recent trip, I travelled with everything in place as instructed and when I arrived at my location, the 1st of the 3 covers had come off at an unknown location. I never saw it fly off and did not find it on my way back. I contacted recpro to see if you could send me just one section but I was told that I would have to p... read more

Very disappointed with RecPro, with an RV step which broke the 1st season of use, was replaced and broke again. Obviously an inferior and poorly made, defective product. I sent pictures of both the 1st & 2nd damaged steps, but by now more than a year had lapsed, so they used the 'past warranty" excuse not to honor their product! Lousy business practice! I will never shop or buy there again! I'd give them a "Shame on you" Rating, minus 5 stars!

Ordered a 140 LB., jack ***** sofa from this outfit. My RV ended up going back to the dealer, had too many issues that was not disclosed when asked.I had the sofa a week and it was not even opened or even touched. It was still on the pallet and strapped down just like it came. I called Rec Pro and they said it will be ****** to ship it back to them. Nothing on their website says this or nothing on their website states the customer has to to pay all return costs. ********************** also told me they will be charging me a ... read more

Bought new awning fabric from them. Awning leaks all across the edge along the camper. Leaking right at the seam. Tried to contact customer service they don't care. Will never do business again ***

Business response:

I am so sorry that you are not satisfied with your product. We definitely stand by our products and if there is any product or manufacturing defect, we work on making that right with our customers. The email was vague so I'm not sure if this has been happening since you purchased several months ago in March, or only recently. From the photos you sent we are unable to see any damage on the awning fabric itself such as holes in the fabric or loose stitching. Since it is a universal awning fabric replacement another thought coul... read more

Purchased a 2 person theater seat and within 6 months the seam in the middle of the left seat ripped out. I am of average hight and weight and only use the motorhome less than 10 times a year. I contacted Recpro and they sent a new seat no problem. Now just passed the warranty period and the same seam ripped out again and the whole theater seat is showing signs of wear. This time Recpro would not help with the problem. They are selling poor quality RV furniture.

I paid several hundred dollars for a consul loveseat for the camper The left back on the seat has a manufactures defect.. The facing on the fabric is just peeling off to the touch Anytime you put pressure on the back and cause a wrinkle the fabric peelsThis is a faux leather fabric .Rec pro will not make this right and they suggested I order another seat back for another several hundred dollars or buy fabric from them and have it recovered, which will cost several hundred dollars. This is not from abuse or age and we rarely ... read more

Buyer beware! Disgraceful customer service. Marketing department has referral codes given to prior customers. When using code you assume you're getting a 15% discount as advertised. However, the code is accepted and you're only giving a 5% discount. When speaking to their customer service supervisor as well as manager, it's apparent this is an ongoing concern. The manager explained that they are aware of the concern and although they have attempted to stop it from happening that hasn't been the case. Most entertaining was wh... read more

Business response:

******, I understand your concern and want to apologize for any incorrect information you may have received from third party coupon sites. Unfortunately, we have no control over third party coupon sites and are aware that some of these sites had a 5% coupon submitted as a 15% discount. We will work on contacting these sites to remove these codes to prevent confusion for our customers. Outside of any running sales, any coupons found online will be for 5%.

Bought a recliner and after minimal use in motorhome, the leather finish disintegrated. Recpro states this was a replacement for the original defective recliner. Now it is out of warranty and we are still out a chair. It is completely unusable. Very poor quality and customer service. DO NOT BUY MOTORHOME FURNITURE FROM RECPRO. They are JUNK.CLEARLY THIS IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT and chair should be replaced with a better quality covering. A picture says **** words...unfortunately I am unable to upload it on this site.
