Furniture delivered promptly. One box was broken, but furniture intact. I have a problem with the delivery method. I paid extra to require a signature when my furniture was delivered. I got multiple messages changing the delivery date. When I drove in my driveway, the furniture was on the front porch exposed for all to see. Instead of a signature, the driver put initials. It had been raining and the furniture could have been stolen. When I contacted the delivery company to complain and ask for money back, they said no since ... read more

From the time I placed the order, to the time I got it was pretty quick. When I opened the box it was loose from the foam that holds it, and a mounting tab was bent. No big deal. It works as it should. For the price, you can't beat it. Thanks RecPro.

We love our trifold sofa and recliner! I ordered on a Sunday and we got our delivery on Thursday. The trifold sofa has the back legs on the slide out so my husband made extension legs for the front. Its perfect!
My order is was delivered quickly. Every piece was wrap very well and the. Product itself was amazing. Very comfy and it felt like better material. I hope it last longer then the original couch.
