IT took a while to get this and a bunch of phone calls since it was originally out of stock, but it is the ************** I needed. The customer service was great, each time I called they were as helpful as they could be. Thanks!
My order came ahead of schedule in two boxes. Everything arrived undamaged to the naked eye. Haven't installed the ** unit yet, I'll update the review once we do that.
My order was received quickly. There were multiple items shipped, however one of the items was not delivered. Response was very quick and the item shipped out immediately. The website is easy to navigate, with a large selection and very competitive prices. Overall, very pleased with the ordering process and with the quality of items received. Was just as I expected.

Ordered all new living room furniture for my RV. Items came in very quickly and packed very well. I am very pleased with the items I purchased. Follow up from RecPro is outstanding. I have already ordered more items.
We have mixed emotions.On one hand, it's the best replacement we've found according to fit and finish.On the other hand, it's too expensive (but they all are), the seat sits higher than our old one and the arms are down lower than the old one. I'm almost 6'-0" and my feet don't touch the ground and my arms are just touching the arm rests. My wife is 5'-0" and she says the arm rests are too low even for her, causing her to have to lean over to reach them. The fireplace is just what I wanted. At first the flame didnt work. We took off the back and reattached the rod for the flame and it works great! I cant wait to get it into the camper.
They are responsive, ship immediately and are comparably priced.bww have always been able to find what we need thru them. Great service!
The ordered material samples arrived quickly. The company's follow-up is incredible. I currently have a few items in my 'cart' as I wait to order in a month or so (need the product to be delivered when I'm home), and RecPro has been checking up on me to see that all is well! I appreciate the attention to my needs.
