I love it it was easy to assemble and it matches our furniture color great
We were pleasantly surprised how quickly the defective toilet was replaced. Kept us on our timeline.

Purchased a double wall hugger recliner and sofa sleeper. order came in four shipments all on different days, spread over a one week time period. Not sure why it could not have all come in one shipment.
Material color on all 3 booths is consistent and match the samples we bought. Build quality is very good and they are comfortable.

The seal that was ordered arrived as I expected. I'm a bit disappointed that the business is now following up with this survey and wanting me to believe that it is intended to confirm order delivery. Essentially I went to the site, found what I needed, placed an order, determined shipping costs and manner, paid for it, and then received what I ordered. If I had any problems I would have contacted customer service, my credit card company, or other resources. This survey totally degrades the good experience that I had
