I Ordered two exit windows and I received two. The paperwork stated it has attached D bulb seal and it has none. I contacted them about this and was told even though it has paperwork included showing such, its paperwork for a teardrop application.....and not included... Im not sure what difference that makes.... after a few emails i asked since this item did not contain the seal as stated in included paperwork was these two windows returnable and refundable... Thank you for your feedback! The general instructions you received with your exit window are for the teardrop windows, which do include the attached rubber gasket, while the exit windows do not. We do not market our exit windows to include an attached rubber gasket on the listing, but I definitely understand the confusion given the included installation instructions you had received. Hi, The order got here on time but the box was destroyed, lucky the order was ok. This was not the first time a order was shipped bad. Last time I ordered siding for the trailer and contact cement, the cans were lose in the tube and the spray tops no good after shipping. ***
