I would recommend this orthodontist over any orthodontist in the greater buffalo area. She combines passion and experience to provide the best orthodontics for her patients. I have no complaints, and only appreciation for her wonderful work she has done. She continually attends various orthodontic conferences and lectures around the country to employ the latest technology and treatment to her office. She even throws parties and events for her staff and patients ever year!
For our first child we have had great treatment and been provided with good information. Our expectations matched all of the reviews we had read before coming to this office.
She knows what she is doing, but her staff could be kinder to patient....... Instead of trying to get as many thru the day, talk to patients and be a little gentler to these kids. They shouldn't leave in tears because the folks working on them ripped their gums apart

Dr. Falsafi and her team are absolutely amazing! I've been a patient since i was 15 years old when i first came in for braces, and now at 25 for invisalign. They always take you in at your appointment time, and are very good at getting you in and out! I would recommend Dr. Falsafi to anyone, and everyone!
Dr. Falsafi and staff are my favorite people to visit. They are extremely genuine and always want to make sure that your visit is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I had the opportunity to visit them for almost two years during my ortho process, and every visit was delightful. Dr. Falsafi takes a genuine interest in her patients, and is always smiling. They don't really treat you like a patient, but rather like a human being. I will certainly miss my experience with the office and staff.
