I really enough leaving my daughter in the hands of these professional. the are ever kind and patient with my child who has learning disabilities and some times they have to explain things twice to her

I would not recommend this office to ANYONE!! After over charging my account by $420, I have been calling the office for 6 weeks trying to get resolution. They have made no effort to refund my money, and never return calls. It's to the point that I have to get my attorney involved. It's completely unacceptable. Such poor customer service!

Dr Falsafi is and excellent orthodontist, she takes her time with all her patients and truly cares about everyone that comes to her office. Every time i have an appointment with Dr falsafi her and her staff always do a thorough job. I highly recommend Dr Falsafi for anyone who is seeking orthodontic treatment.
Very no nonsense efficient atmosphere. Friendly courteous staff and awareness about value of patients time.
I really like the look of my teeth and the experience was good.
My daughter spent two hours waiting for her just for her to see if she was wearing her rubbber bands and then just sent her home. Had to get emergency removal of a soacers that was placed in her back teeth and forgotten about for a full year. She had them lodged an inch into her gums by then.
