Dr Falsafl and team are the best Ive worked with ever. I worked hands on mostly with the Dr and Sabrina and they have done everything they could possible to help me regain as much function in my jaw as possible. Truly they have been amazing the spirit of positivity as well as the true compassion and there willingness to learn to provide the best quality of care for everyone who steps in the door.
The staff is exceptionally friendly. They are doing a great job so far, and I am beyond pleased. My daughter is happy with the results so far!!

my experience has been pretty awful so far! the staff at the desk is not friendly, some have been rude, no one explains anything to me as far as what is happening and what is going on, what the process for braces is ect. If I don't ask I wont know! I do not like how I am not allowed in the back with my child while work is being done. They also did not explain billing to me and now im behind and have late fees because I did not know!
reception was friendly and greeted warmly and Ernesto was very informative and professional! I liked e waiting room music
