I had unpleasant stay using AMSI on TDY. TV fell off wall within hour being in house do to improper mounting. My stay was interrupted when owners wanted to move back in making me relocate due to harassment. Lastly they double charged me 2 days, added resort fees not agreed upon and charged me for 7 days past end of my stay. Had my wallet taken on move because previous tenant wasn’t ready to move yet and hadn’t finished packing. I am 100% satisfied with the team at AMSI. I worked with them for 5 years to rent my condo in San Francisco and they did exactly what they said they would--kept it 90% occupied and spotlessly clean.
