I recommend them highly!! I have a vacation rental that I was unsuccessful in trying to find a reliable property management company...until now! Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley has a very thorough screening process and has done and excellent job keeping my rental not only occupied, but as been prompt in attending to any problems or needs that go along with having a rental property. They collect the rent and handle all issues that may arise immediately. I recommend them highly!!

Staff is very caring and friendly. Staff is very caring and friendly. They all seem like they want to be there which is hard to find these days, believe it or not . Service is at a high level and i will continue to do business with them.

Would recommend them. Adel and the staff at RPM are awesome, professional and easy to work with. I am both a tenant in one of their properties as well as an owner of a property they are leasing for me. Both were smooth and easy and offer direct debiting and depositing. Would recommend them.

Respond promptly Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley manages a condo that I rent out and they exceed my expectations. They handle everything that needs to be done and respond promptly. They are also incredibly intelligent about doing things the right way and that is why I hired them. I have already recommended them several times. I can not say enough about them.

All I can say is that they have done an amazing job for me. I have worked with Adel and his company for almost half a year now. All I can say is that they have done an amazing job for me. They told me what to do to make my house more rentable. I did exactly what they told me to do. My house was rented within weeks after I handed it over to Adel. They are true to their name They are true to their name. REAL property management is a REAL company who helps REAL people with REAL benefits. I have always struggled to find a true company to rent a home. Once I found this team they were positive and helpful from the beginning. They helped me get my property out and fixed right away and tenants with offers as soon as I was ready to rent my property. I highly recommend the services of real property management. You wont regret !
