Adel and his team at RPM managed my condo. Adel and his team at RPM managed my condo and went above and beyond when I wanted to sell it with the tenant still in place. They found the tenant a suitable new place and coordinated with my Realtor to get the sale completed quickly. I would highly recommend wether you are renting or an owner!

Any problem I have, he is available We have a very unique residential property, and Adel at Real Property Management is working with us very well on managing it and keeping it rented. What impresses me most about the service is that he is very available. Any problem I have, he is available. I've been a regular client since then.

Knowledgeable professionals I rented a town home with Adel and I could not have asked for better management. Adel and his team were always professional and timely in making sure any maintenance needed was done quickly and right. He was always helpful and friendly. If I had not moved out of the Valley, I definitely would have moved to another property managed by them. I will miss dealing with these friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Highly recommend I don't know if there's anyone as knowledgeable and caring as Adele . He has always been able to find me a tenant as soon as one moves out . He is also very concerned that it is the right tenant. Adele also goes over and beyond property management duties. He referred the best pool service company to care for my tenants pool , that was terribly abused and neglected. I can't tell you how many pool companies I went through. I worked with Adel a lot and also Jackie. I've been renting a property managed by them for two years. The move-in process was very smooth. I haven't had any issues with the property, and online payment through their website each month is really easy. I worked with Adel a lot and also Jackie.

Professional team We were fortunate to sign up with Adel's property management company and his outstanding and professional team. He was able to find a great tenant in less than week. Since then, everything is very smooth and whenever there is a minor issue, the team jumps to rectify it in a very short period of time. This company was highly recommend by trusted friends, and I now it makes sense.

I like the personal service. I like the personal service, attention to details and greeting with a smile. any issues address by the tenants been handled fast, efficient and in a professional manner. He is a wonderful help Adel is amazing! He is a wonderful help. You can definitely rely on him renting out your property. I have no doubts & I trust that he knows what he's doing. Plus, the girls at the office are so nice & also very helpful. Whenever I have a question I can always count on them to get back to me with an answer right away. Bottom line, if you want to rent out your property, Adel with Real property management is who you need to contact! You won't regret it.
