I had a wonderful experience with Real Property Management! I had a wonderful experience with Real Property Management! They found a reliable family for my home in Northridge. There were no problems throughout the year and what I really liked about them was that I was always in control. When there was a maintenance issue, they'd fill me in right away and I would get email updates. I really liked being able to see all the issues (if any) online. RPM was a great choice.
Everything has been great so far I am very happy with Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley. We have had them rent out the house since last September, and they take care of everything. Everything has been great so far, and I would highly recommend them.

Truly lifesavers!! Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley are truly lifesavers!! I am finally sleeping at night - that is how much of a burden has been lifted off my shoulders. My brother uses them for his 4 rentals, and I have been with them about 1 year with my rental home. They take all the hassles out of renting and make it so easy for landlords. I highly recommend them and absolutely rate them 5 out of 5 stars!
Adel is awesome Adel is awesome. We work with him as we let him manage our property. He works hard for us and always picks up or response right away. He has settled issues for us and personally puts his time to help us out and explain things. I suggest if you have a property, it's a good idea to have him manage it.
I recommend him highly. Adel managed my property in West Hollywood for over 3 years when I relocated for my job. He located tenants from the start.
