I was very pleased I have a house in toluca lake and was worry sick about leasing it out to a stranger. I contacted Adel at Real property management after reading all good reviews in Yelp and I was very pleased from the initial meeting all the way until the selection of a very good tenant. I recommend this company to anyone as they do really care about their clients. This company and its employees are amazing. From day one the and the call we made and the follow up during the showing and the meeting at the office for the lease signing everything went so smooth then the move in day inspector we met with Julie she video taped the house during the move in inspection and showed us in her tablet how to submit a work order online 24/7 if anything breaks in the house.
