The company is fine as long as you reside there and don’t mind all the fees. However when it is time to move they will create charges and refuse to provide documentation to support keeping your security deposit. Had I known the were going to charge me an additional pet cleaning fee I would not have spent $200 to have the carpets professionally cleaned which was required.
