Pure lack of communication, I saw a relatively new listing for a property that fit all of my criteria for location, price and layout. Beautiful homes. Easy to tour!
Went through the application process with RPM Raleigh on 4/29/25 and received an approval for move in on 5/17/25. Property advertised as having “free Internet” along with other promotions. Upon getting the keys and actually taking possession of the property, property was dirty throughout and had damage all over. A clear indicator no move out inspection or other preparation was made for new tenants.
