2/20/2018. My wife signed a property mgmt agreement with RPM in Jan. Prior to signing I asked if we could add some pool & plant drip system instructions to the lease agreement, since they are professionally managed. I was told NO, IT'S A STANDARD LEASE OUR COMPANY WRITES! Next week, the tenant throws out the chlorine tablet dispenser that looked weathered and was going to replace it later. While moving from another state, I came across a property that I wanted to rent. I read through all of the documents and requirements as outlined by RPM. After I applied and payed my application fee, they rejected me. My wife's employment is still in the state we moved from. RPM requested a letter from her employer stating that she could perform her job offsite and she would NEVER have to go back, for any reason, indefinitely. We worked with Mark in Leasing and it was great! We were approved for our house in two days and Mark was really responsive always letting us know what was going on. We moved in about a month ago and we love our new place! The inside looks exactly like the pictures on RPMs website unlike a lot of the other management companies where we looked at the house only to find out that the pictures online were old. Hoping to stay here for a while.

RPMWV does not disclose management fees or the rental tax percentage to its applicants. Asked several times what the fees are and each time was told someone will call me. No one ever calls. But, they want you to pay a $50 non-refundable application fee with hundreds of other applicants to be eligible for consideration of your application. Do yourself a favor and do not rent a home/apartment managed by this firm! If you do, take loads of pictures of everything before you move in. Even the light switches. They charged for cleaning those (that were not dirty) Charged to replace grass that was dead when we moved in. (Probably charged the previous owner too) What a bunch of crooks. That's how they make their money.

My Dad had been working with the great team at Real Property Management WV Phoenix for more than eight years, when he passed and I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism during our time of transition. They were very patient and respectful while we organized the estate transfer and work through the process. Areyl in the accounting team was very helpful in getting us set up and providing us access to all of the documents need. I would recommend them over all others.

Very unprofessional when I finally was able to contact someone at the office about my application being denied. The refused to listen to my side of the story about an inaccurate item on my credit due to a previous property occupied on a military base due to company taking the final move out amount and not reporting it to the collections company when I had told them that I was going to be a day late due to paycheck coming the day after the amount was due. This company from the receptionist all the way to the owner LISA B******* are unprofessional, unethical, despicable liars . Do not walk away from this company....RUN!!! My tale is a lengthy one so sit down, get a cup of coffee and decide for yourself. Upon our move in walk-through, we reported several things to Art (maintenance guy) he flat out told me on several things that he wasn't going to write them down. That should've been my first clue.
