The agents are very prompt in answering queries regarding repairs that needed to be done. Rents statements are sent out regularly with any invoices. I have always found the staff at Real Property Management Phoenix Valley very friendly . When I first put up the property on rent and gave them the details of the kind of tenants I was looking for and they found the correct tenants I was pleased. They definitely listen to what you say. I would highly recommend Real Property Management Phoenix Valley for any landlord.

I found the team extremely professional and focused on my needs as the owner. Mark and the team helped minimize vacancy issues, got the rent paid on-time, and ensured we got quality tenants who take care of our houses. They are very knowledgeable but also still flexible. They have their own leases drafted by an attorney that you can use when they manage your property. Three years ago, I made the best business decision I ever made changing to RPM Phoenix Valley. I’m an extremely pleased with their service on all 4 of my rental properties. If you've ever been you are stressed from dealing with vacancies , screening tenants, repairs, maintenance and getting called at all hours of the day and night, then call Mark as RPM Phoenix Valley is the company for you. Love working with the entire team at real property management phoenix valley! My husband and I relocated out of the country about two years ago and gave our Goodyear home over to rpm. Since that time they have had a wonderful tenant in place who always pays rent on time and has maintained the property in excellent condition. Ideal property management co as a tenant. Our experience has been very pleasant from viewing the property, signing the lease, residing in the property and now move out. Our realtor showed us the property way back when. We absolutely loved it and raced to get our app in. We were approved in less than a day! Worst property management agency I have ever encountered. The entire time I leased from them I was never a day late on rent and stayed in compliance. In exchange they treated me not as a customer but as if I was on government aid and they were giving me something for free. The few times I had to engage with them they were extremely rude, argumentative and disrespectful. In addition, their extremely intrusive with several mandatory house inspections per year. The worse company to ever rent from. They took most of my deposit the house and yard was spotless. Save your money do not rent from this company is bad news. And it took them over a month to give me what little deposit had left over. The worse company I have ever dealt. I hope this company is investigated and turned into the attorney general. I hate this company!!!!

After looking at so many properties, I can't even remember how many l looked at and home many applications I completed only to find out the home was already rented. I finally found a rental home with RPM WV Phx. The process was quick and simple. I viewed home, submitted my application on line and then sent in all my docs to the leasing agent. Its quite alarming that the level of customer service and quality information provided by the workers are quite abysmal. The lady in tenet relations is absolutely horrible. My wife and I are renting because we need a bigger home. We have considered using this company for the home we actually own for property management. However, the negative experience is a reflection of the their business dealings. Will not be using this company and cannot wait until current lease has ended.
