RPM Phoenix Valley has been great and I truly value their interactive system. I have been traveling more for work and their system allowed me to pay my rent and sign my lease renewal anywhere! I was in New Jersey last week and was still able to pay my rent early and get my lease renewal wrapped up. I my mom stop over to check on my home since I have been traveling for 2 weeks and the sprinklers were leaking. I was able to open a work and schedule with tech for when I get back tomorrow. RPM Phoenix Valley has been managing several properties for us over the last 10 years. We are very happy and satisfied with their outstanding services. ******, We called early last week to report that the repair did not fix the shower. I left messages with you, your receptionist and your manager. Then this, on a Tuesday afternoon, one week later is the first response we have heard back. I will state again that the shower is not working. The poor communication with this office has been a problem since we moved in here. I have communicated this with Kim to no avail. For some reason - randomly my wall socket would just stop working - of course it had to be the one plug my internet was connected to (which it you are working from home like you know it is a major issue right now)!!! Plus there was a funky plastic like smell to it. I used the management portal to communicate that I had a maintenance issue. I was contacted quickly - the electrician contacted me - we set an appointment - he came to my place - explained what the issue was and the smell of plastic and fixed it. I have lived in my townhome for just over a year ( I just renewed my lease) and my experiences with RPM Phoenix Valley have been great. I love the transparency of their website (I can see me rent, ledger, prepay and all maintenance request). They communicate via a the message board which drops in the my email so I always have records of our notes. I came home from a long day at work and there was NO hot water!!!! - (I had been busy with work so there of course were no clean dishes to top it off and I had stopped at the gym for a work order so I needed a shower!!! Since it was already after 7PM I had no chance of getting anyone to my but I notified RPM Phoenix Valley through the online portal. Just signed my lease with Mark at real property management phoenix valley. App process was fast and easy. House looked exactly like the pictures and I appreciated how clean it is. Much better experience than the apartment I am living in now. Can't wait to move!
RPM Phoenix Valley has been great, I just moved to back to Phoenix and I love my new rental. Since everything I looked at went so quickly I am very lucky to have found my home. Mark and the team were awesome, application was quick and easy and the yard is perfect for my 2 dogs so I am do glad that I got this home
