Since we've delegated the management of our rental units to RPM Phoenix Valley, we have slept better at night. It is a relief to know they will be taking the midnight call from the tenants! They have been there to help us with any issues that may have happened. With 7 units in the complex it seems like there is always something that comes up. It's a great feeling to know we have them to solve the problems anymore. They have been nothing but miracle worker's. Thank you Mark and Lydia!

Rpm Phoenix valley has been managing my properties in Phx for 7 years. One of the things I really appreciate about their office is that the staff has been there for for a long time! Everyone I work with from mark to Lidia have been there since I first started 7 years ago. I have properties in CA and my management company there has new people it seems like every other month. I really appreciate that when I call they know who I am and I am not just a number in their system.

I worked with Lydia for about six months now and they were able to collect the outstanding fees my previous property manager let go uncollected. She was fantastic to work with and was extremely efficient in making sure that my transition when smoothly. Lydia & the team called and worked with all my tenants, she also was thorough in providing me with updates on how the transition was going and making sure they got all of the documents needed from the previous property manager.

I heard about real property Phoenix valley from a friend who was living in one of their properties. My friend told me how everyone is so friendly and hardworking. I just rented one of their places in buckeye and it is totally true! I appreciate his clean and nice all of their properties are. Also the application and lease process was very easy and quick!

As a new tenant we've been completely thrilled with Real Property Management Phoenix Valley and Mark specifically. The turnaround on things has been incredibly quick, even with needing to move over the holidays!!! RPM has has a great web-based mechanism for the application, online payment handling/documents/work reports, the lease was clear, they are extremely friendly and flexible. Honestly could not be more pleased. Highly recommended to any of my friends.

I have lived in my house almost 10 years and now that RPM Phoenix Valley has gotten involved the overall process is much better. If I have a maintenance problem they respond right away. Plus paying my rent with auto pay is great. Being able to do everything online is awesome!

Just moved in about a week ago and couldn't be happier. I owned a home and it was too much responsibility for me. What a relief coming to a beautiful home where the management is responsive immediately with issues and extremely professional and helpful. The stress of moving is all gone knowing that I have a great management team. Also I should mention that the application process was super easy! Someone trying to rent a property used my business phone number. I called the number from the text message and it gave me the web address for this business. I called the number on their website and once the person on the phone knew I was not asking for service from them got rude. He said they did not text me. I explained how I figured how I got his phone number. He then said we never texted you. How do you know it was us? Again I was starting to explain how I figured that out and he hung up. We have been using Real Property Management Phoenix Valley to manage our Goodyear home for the last two years and have been very happy with their level of service. We feel confident that everything will be taken care of in a prompt, professional and transparent manner. They always post my statements and send the rental payments and keep me updated on the rental and it is all the more important now that we are living overseas. Mark and the team have been amazing!!
