We're sorry you feel this way, To address your complaint; It clearly states in the lease agreement that if Real Property Management Has to perform repairs on the property that is tenant damages there can be up to a $200 administration fee. The fee for this tenant was actually $100. We do not break the law especially when it comes to tenant deposits.
