RPM called me to assist with a locating project at one of the many properties they manage. Kevin met me on site to get me started. He was polite and respectful to the tenant as he assisted my work. RPM is the Best Company I have ever work for as Contractor. They are very Professional and very Easy to work with. Frank Volkert and His Family are the Best People I have ever Met. I wish all companies were like Them. And I also wish that we keep working with Them forever.
RPM has been very helpful from day one. They have been responsive to our request for repairs as they arise. RPM has been helpful everytime I call or email them.

I was a renter with RPM for over three years and feel I received excellent service. They were always prompt in responding to equipment failures and the staff is always readily reachable for personalized service. Would rent from RPM again, and if I ever get to own rental properties I'd likely employ RPM to manage for me.

Recently we had our water heater go out in the property that we are currently renting and Real Property Management handled it quickly and very professionally. Within a day the water heater was fixed and back up and running. The process was communicated clearly and the plan to carry out the repair was detailed and easy to understand. I can't recommend them enough. Great customer service!
