We were selling property in Ohio but we were from out of state. Matt gave us excellent customer service and made this a smooth transaction. He was our eyes and ears and kept us informed every step of the way. Paperwork was processed smoothly and finalized quickly. I was very skeptical going into this. I had never really heard of cash now places other than the signs you see on poles saying we buy ugly houses. Matt was absolutely amazing in helping me with my problem house. I allowed family to stay there and they completely destroyed the house.
