I was very skeptical going into this. I had never really heard of cash now places other than the signs you see on poles saying we buy ugly houses. Matt was absolutely amazing in helping me with my problem house. I allowed family to stay there and they completely destroyed the house. Even though i was not able to do business with this company due to their honesty (that i greatly appreciate) I would give them 5 stars!!!! Matt was upfront and honest about the business and what to expect. He responded right away, was professional and a very nice guy. Cleveland House Buyers... where to begin. First Matt & Joe are men of their word, full stop! These gentlemen are no nonsense, kind, honest & do what they say they're going to do. I started talking with Matt in August, my other buyer fell through December 26. They made me a fair offer and we signed the sale papers on new years day, and it just closed today 10 days later. They are honest and live up to their word.
