Matt is the best. This company was wonderful to work with. We had others come to see the house. If it wasn't for Matt, giving us questions to make sure of the others I am SURE we would have been scammed by one or more of them. Sure they were going to give a few bucks more BUT with some of the things in their contract it would have bit us in the butt. Matt was great to work with. We sold a home that was in need of many repairs and we did not have the time to do them. The title company, Nova Title was also great. Both Matt and the title company did exactly what they said, answered all questions and closed in 7 days! I highly recommend!
The team at CHB has helped guide us through selling two properties we inherited. Both were in poor shape and needed a lot of work.
