Matt was great to work with. We sold a home that was in need of many repairs and we did not have the time to do them. The title company, Nova Title was also great. Both Matt and the title company did exactly what they said, answered all questions and closed in 7 days! I highly recommend!
The team at CHB has helped guide us through selling two properties we inherited. Both were in poor shape and needed a lot of work. This company chases probate cases without regard to dates and is not concerned about contacting citizens months and months after properties have publicly sold. Lazy and invasive business practices.
